Safety First

Security & Trust Guidelines

Your safety is the foundation of Trifix. Here is how we protect your physical security, your money, and your personal data.

Our Core Safety Pillars

Built to keep you secure at every step

Identity Verification

Every artisan on our platform undergoes strict vetting, including identity checks and profile reviews by our Field Agents before they can accept jobs.

Verified Profiles

Escrow Payments

Never worry about running away with your money. Funds are held securely in the Trifix system and are only released when the job is confirmed complete.

Financial Protection

Data Privacy

Your personal details, location, and payment information are encrypted. We only share the necessary details with your hired artisan to get the job done.

1. Protecting Your Physical Safety

Whether you are a client opening your home to an artisan, or an artisan traveling to a new job site, follow these golden rules:

  • Verify the Face: When the artisan arrives, ensure their face matches the profile picture on the Trifix app. Do not allow substitutes.
  • Keep Communication On-App: Always discuss job details, pricing, and addresses inside the Trifix messaging system. This creates a secure, traceable record.
  • Clear the Workspace: Ensure the work area is safe, well-lit, and free of valuable, easily misplaced items before the artisan begins.

2. Protecting Your Money

The Trifix payment system is designed to eliminate fraud. You are only protected if you stay within the platform.

Never Pay Outside Trifix

If an artisan asks you to cancel the job and pay them directly via cash or bank transfer, refuse and report them immediately. We cannot protect offline payments.

Hold the Release Code

Only provide the final release code to the artisan when you have personally inspected the work and are 100% satisfied.

3. Account Security

Keep Your Passwords Private

Trifix staff will NEVER ask for your password or your OTP (One-Time Password). If someone calls claiming to be from Trifix asking for a code, hang up immediately.

Log Out on Shared Devices

If you access your Trifix account from a public computer or a friend's phone, ensure you completely log out after concluding your business.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Trifix has a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud, harassment, discrimination, or physical threats. Any user—Client or Artisan—found violating these terms will face immediate permanent suspension and will be reported to local law enforcement.

Report it immediately. Our trust and safety team is on standby.
